Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are considered final. Once a plan has been purchased and downloaded, we cannot offer refunds.

Exceptions:

If you experience issues with your download or discover that the file is incomplete or corrupted, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement file or, if necessary, a full refund.
